All spa services are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on services rendered.

 

SERVICE EXPERIENCE

Your comfort and satisfaction are important. If you have concerns regarding your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we may address them appropriately. Adjustments or corrective services are offered at the discretion of the provider. Refunds are not provided.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE DISCLAIMER

Results from manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) treatments may vary. Optimal results often require multiple sessions, especially when treating chronic conditions or post-surgical swelling. There are no guarantees of results after a single treatment.

POST-OPERATIVE MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE POLICY

Post-operative manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is intended to support the body’s natural healing process by assisting with swelling reduction, fluid movement, and overall comfort following surgery. Clients must receive medical clearance from their surgeon prior to their first post-operative MLD session. Post-operative results vary and depend on factors including procedure type, healing response, and adherence to aftercare recommendations. Multiple sessions are strongly recommended for optimal results; there are no guarantees of outcomes after a single treatment. MLD is not a substitute for medical care and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. By booking post-operative MLD services, you acknowledge that individual results are not guaranteed and that outcomes improve with a recommended treatment series. All post-operative MLD services are final sale and non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments

  • Late cancellations may be charged 50–100% of the service fee

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service with full payment due

HEALTH & TREATMENT DISCLOSURE

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and recent procedures prior to treatment. Services may be declined if contraindications are present, without refund.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

For safety, comfort, and professionalism, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time.
